A lot has happened in the last year and it has been stressful to say the least.

It has been shown that stress plays a major role in diseases and illnesses, and in some cases, is THE cause. If you lose your health you may lose a lot more than your health. If you become sick and miss work not only do you lose out on the income (unless you are salaried or have paid sick days available) but you also have the expense of going to the doctor, the expense of the doctors visit and any medicine that is prescribed.
